An accomplished business leader with over 40 years of experience, Mr. C. K. Sharma has built his career across the electronics, consumer durables, pharmaceutical and retail industries. A management graduate from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, he has held leadership roles associated with renowned organisations including Philips, Voltas, Novartis, Electrolux and Jumbo Electronics.
Having led businesses across India, Nigeria and the UAE, Mr. Sharma brings a deep understanding of international markets, evolving customer needs and the value of long-term business relationships. His entrepreneurial vision has shaped the growth of the group’s businesses, with a focus on trust, quality, innovation and continuous improvement.
Under his leadership, the group has developed a strong presence in electronics retail and international trade. A key milestone has been the long-standing relationship with Samsung in the Middle East, with Ginni Rich serving as an official Samsung IR partner since 2014.
